Fulbourn

Fulbourn is a large village with a population of around 6,000, situated on the south eastern side of Cambridge. A stroll around the village reveals many thatched cottages and some lovely gardens and, further afield, is the Fulbourn Nature reserve where you can see a medieval moated site. The village itself has shops, pubs and a village primary school and there is also a community centre and village hall. The village also has a windmill, the cap of which rises to 160 feet above sea level, from where there is an uninterrupted view of Ely Cathedral.
