Tenants are, understandably, being more cautious about booking accommodation due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. With this in mind OpenArch have devised an amendment policy which will allow, within the tenancy agreement, flexibility to defer or cancel your tenancy if your course is affected by Coronavirus.
