The rebranding of this family owned company is effective immediately and will be implemented across all our services in the student, residential and commercial sectors. OpenArch started out more than 50 years ago in the Cambridgeshire property market and, over that time, we have expanded to become one of the largest private landlords in the region, letting and managing our own properties. Some years ago, the company structure changed and we are now recognising that process with a new name that reflects our modern identity and will help us to build our distinctive character as an independent business. We have chosen the name OpenArch because we believe it represents a bridge to the future and encompasses our company values.
