COVID-19 Update

OpenArch continue to follow government advice in relation to the pandemic.  We would like to reassure all our tenants, customers and supply partners that we remain open for business as usual.  Some staff work remotely but all are on hand to assist with your enquiries and are contactable by phone or email in the usual way.

Our office is contactable between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday via the main office number 01223 664200, or by emailing [email protected].  Health and Safety, and social distancing measures are in place to safeguard our staff, tenants and the wider community, and we therefore request that you do not visit the office in person without prior arrangement.

Whether you are an existing student, residential or commercial tenant, or enquiring about a property to rent with us, we are only a phone call away.  Property viewings are being carried out in a safe and responsible manner, and virtual viewings are now available for many of our properties.  If you would like to discuss your rental requirements, please do give us a call and we will be happy to help.
