Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship allows an individual to study for a work-based qualification which can significantly improve their future earning power and job satisfaction. If you are an enthusiastic and committed individual with a keen interest in working in property investment, we may be able to offer you an apprenticeship within finance, office administration, maintenance or property management. Mental Health at Work Committment
OpenArch is committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all our staff and have signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment. Our suite of mental health, stress, wellbeing, and menopause policies provides a framework to enable staff to have open and honest conversations about their mental health and wellbeing. This includes the provision of mental health awareness training for all staff; the inclusion of mental health in all 1:1 meetings; regular company-wide reviews of our stress risk assessment; the promotion of events such as Time to Talk Day; we encourage the use of wellness action plans; and our Mental Health First Aider is available for all staff to talk to confidentially.
