Harriet qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2023 and prior to this, achieved a MSc degree in Real Estate.  Working within the commercial property sector for 10 years, Harriet joined OpenArch in July 2024.  Experienced and with a sound knowledge of property investment, property management including lease negotiations and renewals, landlord and tenant matters and compliance, rent reviews and property valuations, Harriet is well placed to lead the commercial team and ensure the smooth running of the commercial property portfolios within the business.
